We are passionate about what we do and it takes a lot of care and attention into making Yatri products. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if we failed to meet your expectations for any reason, you may return it to us for a full refund or an exchange. Please see below for more information on our return policy.
All returns must be postmarked within seven (7) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.
How do I exchange an item?

How can I return orders placed within Kathmandu?
Simply complete and enclose the Returns Form and drop the parcel at our Office at Ropeway Margh, Swayambhu. Get the direction here.
How can I return international orders or orders placed out of Kathmandu?
To return an item, complete and enclose the Returns Form and return your item(s) using your local postal service. If you don’t have the Returns Form contact us at email@example.com and we will send you one. Please place the item securely in its original packaging and include your proof of purchase, and mail your return to the following address:

Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of any return shipping will be deducted from your refund. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return.
Received the wrong or faulty item?
If our products failed to meet your expectations or if you received the wrong item, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org to arrange a refund or exchange. We can arrange immediate shipping of the correct or replacement product at our own expense.
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least five (7) working days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. We will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and notify you of the acceptance or rejection of your return.
If your return is accepted by us, we will provide one of the following within a reasonable time: an exchange of merchandise for the item returned, a non-transferable merchandise credit, a credit to the payment card or original method of payment used to pay for the item, a check, or another remedy that we determine in good faith is appropriate in the circumstances.
- Sale items, gift cards, personalized items are FINAL SALE and are not eligible for a return, refund or exchange.
- If you do not comply with any of the above conditions, we reserve the right to refuse the return or exchange or to impose different or additional conditions.
