What shipping methods are available?
We have Standard Shipping only and depending on your location the price and delivery time may vary.
Do you ship internationally?
We offer international shipping, world wide. However, depending on your location some shipping methods may not be available. In case you need further assistance please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org
How long will it take to get my package?
Once you’ve placed your order, it usually takes 24 to 48 hours to process it for delivery. The shipping time and shiping charges will vary based on your location. Public holidays may also affect shipping time. For an accurate estimate of shipping charges please proceed through the checkout process, entering in your items and address.
What payment methods are accepted?
We accept bank or wire transfers, Khalti and cash on delivery (within Kathmandu only) as forms of payment at the moment. You can choose these payment methods at checkout. We are working on to offer new payment options for international cutomers.
Is buying on-line safe?
We make great strides in making the payment process safe at Yatri Supply. Our shopping cart is SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) protected, establishing a secure encrypted link between our website and your computer, keeping payment and credit card information that you enter, safe and private.

How do I place an order?
We offer fast and secure online ordering. Simply search for your product and click add to cart. Create an account login to save your information for future purchases, or fill out the billing address and checkout.

Do I need an account to place an order?
You can simply fill out the billing/Shipping address to place an order, but if you register with us you will be able to enjoy the following benefits through your Yatri Supply account:
- Save your address for faster shopping
- Manage your account details, order history and see order status.
- Receive offers and discounts via email.

Can I ship my items back on my own accord?
Yes! To return an item for international customers, complete and enclose the Returns Form and return your item(s) using your local postal service. If you don’t have the Returns Form contact us on email@example.com and we will send you one. Please place the item securely in its original packaging and include your proof of purchase, and mail your return to the following address:

Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of any return shipping will be deducted from your refund. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return, we do not assume responsibility if it is lost in transit.
For domestic customers, please fill up the Returns Form and drop the item(s) at our office (Swayambhu) or The Local Project outlets at Le Sherpa or Evoke Cafe.
How can I cancel or change my order?
We can only change orders that have not been processed for shipping yet. Once your order is under the status “preparing for shipping”, “shipping” or “delivered”, then we cannot accept any edits to your order. To make changes to your order, please reach out to firstname.lastname@example.org
How do I track my order?
Once you have placed your order, we will send you a confirmation email. We will also send you an email once your order is shipped. Additionally, you can track the status of your order here.
How can I return a product?
We do accept returns in respect to the following conditions:
- The item must have been sold on our online store
- The item shouldn’t have been used in any way
- The return or exchange request is made within 7 days of delivery
- The return is made within 7 days of the return or exchange request

Can I exchange an item?
We do accept exchanges and they follow the same conditions as returns. In order to ask for an exchange, please mention that you would like your item to be exchanged with another item when preparing your return with our support.
Where’s my refund?
Once your return is received, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and processed your refund.
A credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Please be patient. It may take time before your bank posts your refund.
